3G dongle on vu solo

HI

i am trying to use a 3g dongle (t-mobile ) on a vu solo

i have 2 3g routers which i have tried but still cant get and lan working on box or even the wifi from the routers.

i have a tenda 3g router and a vigor 2820 which takes 3g. i have also tried different dongles without success.
When i put the dongle in either router it does connect to the t mobile service, i can then get internet on my laptop through the lan port. (on both routers) so everything is fine with these routers and the connection.
I have been through the network setup and used the wizard etc it says setup etc but still nothing throught the box. again i can set up the wifi connection and on box says connected. (yes the sub works )

so really need a little help, i can only think its IP related .

I need to work in a mobile home. The t-mobile sim connects to the internet but not through the box. gonna try a 3 sim next
