ok so i have been trying to get my usb stick set up so i can record, trouble is in blackhole, i format and map it then it hasks for restart, but when it restarts it loads the usb like its trying to flash the box and just stays on red light, am i doing something amature here?

if you formatted the usb it should be blank so it cant load,if you had firmware on stick it would try to load it again. -
yeah i formatted to fat32, but it always goes to red light on boot and doesnt do anythingComment

iv tried that, but then it needs to restart to complete and thenb it hits red lights
