solo 2 v1 clone upgrade?

hi lads, wondering can someone shed some light on this, i have a vu solo2 clone, prob v1 as i bought it when they just came out last year, anyways is there any way to upgrade this to take latest orignal images without having to change chips etc? thanks

i would think i would get a vu zero this is a new single tuner
original vu that is about ?89 from the eruo conversion
and i think this will get more to buy people it than these clones

Right checked box and no sticker to say if its a v1 etc. Not sure if its a lonrisun box but doubt it as I got it just when they were on the market which was last year. I remember reading a forum were people were buying theres from aliexpress and I bought one. After a new updates came out for bh etc there boxes seemed to brick until patched drivers came out . I never updated mine at all. That was lastyear and cant remember which forum tho

Without opening box does it say lonrisun on your power supply? I know they took updates as I did one for mate from stage one through to four via the cable that came with box. One end numbered 1 other 2 I'm not sure if you can go straight through from 1 to 4 though. Your probably best sticking with patched image to be on safe side although you would be best finding out what box you have. If it isn't broke don't fix it.
