no 4.8e all of a suden

hi all need a bit of help please using a vu+solo with bh image with a 1m motorised,today went to watch footy on 4.8e but get a message pop up service unavailable check tuner configuration, my dish is moving to all other sats using usals thou do not normaly have a prob moving to 4.8e just from today,when i look at channels in channel list on 4.8e they are grayed out cheers shaun

hi just to say now sorted reloaded the channel list and it work again cheers shaun
