Hi, i have a vu+solo2 twin tuner,the problem I'm having is it keeps losing internet signal and freezes,I have tried other boxes and they work fine,the vu is hard wired right next to my router so I didn't think I would get internet problems,any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks

Hi you don't say if it's genuine or clone and what image you are using at the moment and is it same image that other boxes are using?

start with replacing with a good quality lan cable.
