Getting backup by FlashWizard

I have a DM500 and want to get its backup via FlashWizard.

When I run it, a windpow appears telling "Reading JFFS2...

flash wizard pro 6.3 can not connect to dm500.
router sees dm500 ip addresss.
can ping and get reply in windows.
ip address is right...
