Getting backup by FlashWizard

Hello

I have a DM500 and want to get its backup via FlashWizard.

When I run it, a windpow appears telling "Reading JFFS2 Filesystem" but that's all, no progress.

I can see a telnet session on DreamBox from my PC but nothing else. I left the PC for about 4 hours and nothing changed.

What can I do wrong?

cant you use dreamup to backup your image ?

Thanks for the tip, but does DreamUp require Serial Connection. When I try it (v1.3.3.5) it cannot connect with "Unable to open COM-Port" error message. I selected to use network and give the correct IP addresses.

Any idea?
