mercedes vito 112 cdi start error

Good afternoon, I have a MercedesVito W638 112cdi, which I had a problem with the immobilizer.
I took the ECU to an electrician, he put an emulator on the ECU to overcome the immo, so far everything was fine, I installed the ECU and the van started working.
After 1 month I needed to replace the battery, when I went to start the van the starterror appeared again, I started the machine and it gives this error P1630, I turn the key the engine turns but as soon as it gives starterror it stops starting.
I took the ECU to the electrician again, he provided it and said that everything was OK with the ECU.
