could be some are of the network settings

they might have changed in your browser when you used a proxy, vpn or anonymnous web
surfing software sometimes they change them while installing for you and dont change back
    sometimes when unistalling.

best way is to reset your browsers

here are links to how to reset your browser

    Internet Explorer

How to reset Internet Explorer settings

    Firefox

Resetting preferences | How to | Firefox Help

also would advise scanning with your security software to check for any threats and also check your registry

    if you need software

antivirus and firewall software im sure you have we all do nowadays

    SuperAntiSpyware
    http://cdn.superantispyware.com/SUPERAntiSpyware.exe

    Malware Bytes (free version)
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.60.1.1000 - TechSpot Downloads

For your registry if you need it

    CCleaner
CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

    hope it helps
