for sure it is a clone. But you got it wrong....normally you don't have buyer protection when it IS a clone

ksuite is the same program for kess and ktag...what he has is the same what i use...so ,use the video posted and will work fine...on your image posted is writed the error for kess v2

your video doesn't work.
but ktag has diffrent hardware! I don't know if it's true but they sell with V5 HW, Kess is with V3 Hardware

i don't know for a k-tag with HW v5 but maybe have it ,and if the make it for k-tag they can make for KESS v2 to uprade ours but the program is the same for kess and k-tag .

i only have kess, not ktag....so with old Hardware! Video works now...but would be easier to post youtube link.

Edit: why do i have to install that way?!? So first install Software 1.89 than install software 1.85 and than copy from the install 1.89 to the 1.85 Folder?!? Why is that needed? I only install 1.89 and works?!? For what that detour? Any advantages? And where to get the v1.85? Ist that original Software?

becouse installing that way,install automatically what missing on your windows xp...the microsoft redistributable 2010...after you copy your folder from desktop into the program,your verssion turn to v.2.06...if you want i post my verssion programm but has 300mb so i give the link for download

like i told you. I'm just installing the v189 version and it works without problems. I have my soft from the Link you postet (also from chinaautodiag).
I use v189 because with v206 you don't have any advantages or let me say only disadvantages because cars are listet that don't work with the old hardware, so it is better for me using the 189 software!
