I have RAV4 on garage
car have one smart key - remote not working - car start only when i place remote close to start button.
need to synchronize original remote and add new start key.

I have try with MINI VCI Techstream - but when i go to key registration i have 30s to put original key in to start button and car not recognize key.
Try with FVDI - but same , car not recognize key.

could you help me ?

No Gwee its not a smart
Its 4D 68 transponder but when i Read in CN900 its showing 4D 67
