HITAG2 V3.1 CHINESE CLONE PROBLEM ( reconnect hardware to usb )

HI everybody
I baught a HITAG2 V3.1 chinese clone and it worked very fine just one day.I explain my problem
I baught the hardware and I used the soft sold with it HITAG2.V3.1
The next day I tryed to use it and the fallowing message appared : RECONNECT HARDWARE TO USB ( that's what I do )
The hitag reader is recognised all is ok ( no hardware conflict ) I tryed on severals PC whit differents operatig system
and when I click on "HARDWARE INFO" I can see the serial number hardware.I did not use any update software ,only the supplied whit the hardware.I leaved a message to a guy on another forum who baught 1 hitag reader,he has exactly the same problem ,he returned it to his seller who changed it ,worked 2 day and the same problem.
When I make search on the web a lot o people says that these clones does not work!!
Can someone tell me if they found a solution.

Hello - I had same problem with my Hitag2 one time....I changed the USB cable. If you have the type of USB cable where there is a voltage reducer built inline, it won't work. It should be a normal USB cable, nothing fancy.

Hi thanks for you answer ,I tested it on another pc again and it did'nt work , I tryed again on the first computer and it works fine.Previously I baught hitag2 V3.0 and I used it with v3.1 software and it worked 2 days and since this day always the same message " reconnect hardware to usb" and nothing to do with this interface .
That's why I baught V3.1 hardware +software ,today all is ok .
Can tou tell me if you succefull generate transponder from audi and BMW dump from kessy ?

programmed a cas 2 from dump using the useless clone hitag2 from china and it works fine.

if u make pro job and earn money then buy original, first job i tryed with clone and it did not recognize dg256 eeprom, i used original no problem.
i beleive there is no good clone of hitag2 yet.

Sorry for the late ,just ti says that the problems were the fallowing:
-The pc time date must be 2010
-I used several usb cable and the only one witch worked is the blue one sold with hitag reader

changing date on computer is not a good idea as it can have a bad effect on other installed programs aswell, especially if they are cracked which of course if we are being honest all ours are right?

I bought hitage 2 from china v3.1 first time the hitag was working fine wo problem i managed to made transponder for touareg pcf7936 and all done work petfect
The next day the when i opened the software said hardware not recognized pc date time is set to 01/01/2011 like as described on hitag2 user manual when connect usb is recognized as usb serial converter i try to set driver manually fro hitag ibstalation folder but hardware dont recognize those drivers any one could share any solution to get hitag a second life

I tried to dismantle but he brewed poksidine resin.
