Toyota RAV4 2004 lost keys

Toyota Rav4 2004 2.0 vvti , ECU 89661-42A20, 212000-1330

Is immo in ECU

Found IC900 (S93C6 , 6DV37 2840), cant find any IC 93c56 or 93c86 or 95080
Read as 93c56 but not recognised by zedbull

What am doing wrong ? reading the wrong IC ? IC900 corrupted may be ? If right IC ,then need virgin file ?

Found immo box, 89780-42080 Tokai Rika Co, covered with laquer , read IC3 as 93c66 (not sure if correct)but tag tool says wrong size file. Is it IC4 ?

4D transponder ? can it be done through OBD -reset with red dongle
