Two codings suggested to you before are not correct because have wrong:
    1. G85 sensor type config in byte 4 (depends on the location of G85 sensor that depends on the presense of block 16 and steering column generation)
    2. Vacuum sensor type config in byte 15 (depends on the engine type/model)

As your scan contains steering column part which partnumber begins from 1K0, your car is LHD. On RHD it starts from 1K2.
As you got BKC 1.9 engine and steering column gen.3 I guess following coding:
    11422012492700FB881404E8922100413000

As I did not see your trunk sticker, hopefully 280mm front + disc 253mm rear break disc config is correct.
Also you did not decode VIN and I do not know if the car has 7K6/7K9 (TPMS) option. If it has it, enable bit 2 in byte 16.
You did not tell anything about presence of ESC/TSC/ASR off button. If the car has it, enable bit 3 in byte 16.
So with TPMS+ESC/ASR off button the coding would be:
    11422012492700FB881404E8922100413C00

Beside all this I suggest to update fw of the block onto freely available 1K0907379CD_0120.sgo.

Don't forget to provide the working coding you end up with here & press thanks button.
    Good luck!

Getting correct ABS coding is simple:
    1. Get a photo of the sticker with PR codes from the trunk spare wheel or decode VIN https://carinfo.kiev.ua/vin
    2. Get VCDS scan
    3. Post the info above on the forum and please also describe where steering wheel is located (LHD/RHD), presence of Start-Stop system, buttons: TPMS/RKA, ESC/TCS/ASR off
Good to know: without option's list/current car scan/details about driving side etc, the proper coding is not possible in 99% of cases!

As your VCDS scan is in German language I guess the car is LHD.

Friend, you made kind of a rocket science out of this request that was solved correctly earlier by gege974 and ilzul in terms of the most relevant settings (apart from that fact that nobody knows if the car has TPMS or not).

First off it seems like you read a different scan, cause it is english not german when I open it. There's no need to turn off TSA, there also was no problem with underpressure sensor and it is an AUDI, that always had 2-way ESP switch. So ilzul and gege were fine about that. Then the torque setting is more accurate as well, but it's not super-relevant. So no clue if you mixed something up, but it was all good before, apart from TPMS that no info was given about.

There is no problem to code ABS somehow but there is a problem to code it correctly and share thoughts behind
Take a look at the component's naming inside of the scan.
This is MY2009 car and who knows if it was not retrofitted, buttons changed etc. That is why my concern about buttons. I wonder what will be the feedback from the owner after all. At least now he knows what he is dealing with

Get a try on this one : a13b400d09270001850e02ed90200041200000

You have to provide additional informations if you want your coding to be correct, example: brakes, engine type, tpms or not, start stop, etc...

I also suggest to try switching on XDS in bit 3 of byte 17
    A14B400C49270001850E02ED9220004020180012

If you also need hill hold control which is usually turned off on automatic transmissions then enable bit 0 of byte 16

If my crystall ball does not fail me, you got:
LHD, Engine 2.0 CR TDI, manual transmission, Front brakes: 288 mm [1ZE], rear discs 253 mm [1KD], TPMS [7K6] new ABS block is 1K0614517BJ

    Then I would try:
    213F4012092200FD840C02E7901E00423400

If you got no TPMS, then:
    213F4012092200FD840C02E7901E00423000

If accepted then in addition to TPMS I'd turn on as a bonus HHC and XDS:
    213F4012092200FD840C02E7901E00423508

    Good luck!

In order to get a more accurate code, you have to post what's in Iprot signature.

    I beleive your Octavia is:
CAYC 1.6TDI with manual transmission, Front brakes: 280 mm [1ZM], rear discs 253 mm [1KF]
    I enabled for you:
    1. CBC Cornering Brake Control in bit4 of byte15
    2. Hill Hold Control in bit0 of byte16
    3. TPMS in bit2 of byte16
    4. ESC/ASR off button in bit3 of byte16

    113B201C092800FA881304E6901D00513D0000

If this Octavia is without TPMS and without ESC/ASR off then use this code:
    113B201C092800FA881304E6901D0051310000

    Good luck!
