Ok thought so bin you download and do a fresh one also check your com port settings and that you have the correct image for the box http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-adapter-1926/

also when you have downloaded your image you need to extract it using a prog like WinRAR.. extract the .img file then upload that..
