Saab 93 2008 need wiring for cim and ISL and Ignition switch Not unlock ISL and key

I have a Saab 93 2008. I need CAN connection diagrams in the security system. CIM ISL IGNITION LOCK MIU, BCM, PDM. ISL does not react ISL, it ISL only open. Ignition key does not turn. There is a suspicion of a damaged cim. I have tech2 equipment. I wanted to add the original key again. For this operation, cim displays the CIM column error negative response 7FAE22
