i need by serial, i don't have tools to read nec i have read dump 95128 and then i stuck beqause cannot read nec. so can you help me with serial and dump 95128?
somebody told me the first 2 digits are 43.

You have a switcher there and i remember that you have to power up the radio. I dont have station and i am not a expert in this kind of job. So all i can do is hope that he can decode by serialnumber if else my radio will end in the trash
