2009 E70 3.5D EGR deleted not correctly, please help

Hi, 2009 Bmw X5 E70 35D read with KTag clone 7.020, EGR was not deleted correctly, look at the video below of how throttle body continuously running back and forth...
No original file as the vehicle was purchased with this file already on it!

EDC17CP09
SW: 1037523267 (****It is Older version)
HW Ver.: 0281016081

Also, need to block ONE DEF code - "4D32" (its always present in DDE memory)

Hey, i record twice and read twice after recording there is some CHANGES in the file if i read it after writing it!
Is it normal?
REPHRASE, after writing your file i read it from ECU and the file in ECU is different, is it OK for it to be a little different?

File that i see is attached below!

EDIT!
Write file to ECU as said above but THROTTLE BODY still moves when vehicle is warm but NOT hot, so after driving 5 minutes throttle body still closes but after driving 10 minutes i cannot see it moving anymore!

Not yet, as the car will come back on the weekend, but compared your work with this one - Free tuningfiles - Personalized remap (Post #16456)
and two files are 100% the same, so im somewhat confident that 2 random people created exactly the same file.
Im very afraid to damage something or to shut something that is not suppose to in this tune as the car/engine divers better then my own!

Write last update with WinKFP, then read ECU and post file.

Winkfp will probably update to a version 550612, but im not 100% understand how this works,
If i do that will i be able to write with Ktag original file (523267) back WITHOUT problems? This version has most pleasant driving tune that ive been in and im afraid to loose it for a friend of mine!

You need to update to last version, loose all changes done before and do right stage and ecology off file.

And YES, you can write back your KTAG backup.

So, who is going to do TUNE EGR DPF FLAPS DEF etc - OFF? Im only asking for throttle body and one code to be off and now you advise me to go through all of the problems again?

NONE of the provided files on the thread fix THROTTLE BODY issue, was waiting for a password from Baddog84 for 3 hours, as i got to give the car back to the ownwer and he never replied!

SO, just an update everybody, here are the files that ive tried and their threads, all of them had disable code 4D32 but all of them still have throttle valve moving excesively and "looking" for EGR, hopefully someone can help me EVENTIALLY and will do it properly :

Ive added all files in one archive for anybody to look if needed, but i repeat they DO NOT disable the throttle body movement!

Wait wait wait. Everything you've got is free of charge. Nobody owns you anything, so be happy with what you get. Everyone probably just has a family and private life as everyone else. Wait till he answers and don't start to make a sh*tshow out of it. Otherwise no one is gonna help you anymore.
You probably make money out of it, but the forum member don't.
