Vectra C Carpass from DDM or PDM? (or bcm)

Hi is there any possibility to get carpass for Vectra c from DDM or PDM door units?
The reason why i ask is my mate will fit the electric foldable mirrors. The door units what he has currently in car dont support that. He brought new units ,of course without code, but he is we all know why , not able to pair them. He also have the bcm unit from that car but i don't know if im able with my programmers read the bcm. I currently own the tl866 plus and UPA 1.3

Without removing the motorola mcu? just by using this on picture?

hi thanks for answer ,i have succesfully readed my spare bcm unit. But as im learned today my mate has no bcm unit with those door units. so question still remains to read the door units...
