(FTDI232BL and FTDI232BM are the same - BL is Lead Free and the other isn't).

If you have the RL version you need to do some modifications in the PCB and you need to reflash the GAL.
Do you have any good schematic for GAL programmer.
    Thanks
    Good luck

    Hey mate, check this out:

    ELM - Simple GAL Programmer

    EEProm, PIC and GAL Programmer

    Welcome to GALBlast

They are not that quickier to build... but I never found one simplier

Are you sure you're using the original VCDS 908.0 english with arash dumps?

And how about the fuses? Are they correct? Do you know which fuses you should write?

Are you using the last ponyprog or eXtreme Burner - AVR?

Is your car's battery less than 12V?

    Ponyprog:

    eXtreme Burner - AVR:
    Low fuse: CD
    High fuse: DC
    Extended fuse: F9
    Lock fuse: FF

Never, but never disable the SPIEN fuse... if you do that you need to erase the uC with HVPP.

    Good luck

If you set the lock bits all active, do you think that VCDS software can erase the ATMEGA?

The lock bits just lock the reading capabilities, right? You'll be able to reflash it again via ISP?

    Thanks.

I have 2 interfaces with FT232BL inside, one of them after programming it with different dumps: 704, 805, 908, 10.6 says Interface not Found. Dumps 100% working tested on other interfaces and works fine but not with this cable, What could be wrong. STC chip and other components removed.
The second interface same as above after connecting it to computer is not recognize at all. I mean there is nothing in Device Manager, no Unknown Device or Serial nothing at all. After connecting it into USB port nothing happened, no sound that something was connected to computer no reaction at all. I change USB cable on interface but still to same, no idea what could be wrong?

Did you reflash the FTDI's EEPROM (24Cx6)?

I didn't because one of my cables was recognize in device manager as Ross Tech, so I thought that there is no point. But what to do with the other cable which is not recognize at all. I can't see it in device manager, MProg, FtProg, etc.
