I have problem with my MPPS clone. It is 234 chinese clone.

It was working perfectly, then i tried to install v4 software and now it doesnt work.

I re-installed V3.0.2.37 but it doesnt want to give me ECU ID, Read or write.

Serial number still displays as ....234

Im getting an error 1 & error 13 when connected.

Is there a way to fix this (I bought another one already)

error 1 = interface has not plug in to USB port
error 13 = interface has a different fw than software version required.

it it can be unlocked for which fw version you would like to have. (v3, v4, v5)

hi mates, i bought yesterday an c8051f340 with 5.0.1.10 fw inside, i will get the debugger from silabs and see if its working, i wish is not protected, i talked with a company for read protected mcus and it cost 1400USD, so i think its better to buy a working dump

For read/write onboard:

usb debugger - microcontroller
pin4 - c2d
pin7 - c2ck
pin2.3.9 - gnd

You can try to read but it but you will fail, soon as mcu is programmed it is locked, even after hw update in mpps the lock byte is protected, good luck you will need it

buy the dump or more mcu's is cheaper way.

There are beeprog ISP programmers which are able to write these ones...

Thanks for reply.I see in Beeprog that for RST check must add 2 resistor and condensator,so i will try to reflash

No need to add anything. Just uncheck some options from device options. I power up the mcu from beeprog , only need to connect 4 wires - + C2D and C2Ck
