Problem with the EDC17 is that they are mainly protected, and y?u need to do it tricore way on table with the propper tool.

i had mpps vs 3. european clone ,wich was after some time upgraded to vs.8 (new uC soldered).the question are if it can upgrade to vs.12,or upper?

When I want to read car that has more than one option, how to know which one to use. For example I read audi a3 2008 1.9tdi 105hp. Is it EDC16U1 or EDC16U34.
What can happen if wrong choice is used?

Ver 12.0.6 tested on p307 1.6HDi edc16c3 and can't read,Galletto read ok.
Write not tested.

MPPS v12 clone (european) works just perfect with MED9.1. Read in ~16min and write ~9min.
