    hi, i have the same problem with golf 5tdi and many others cars. TEST and firmware update is ok. When i click generic OBD is working normaly, but when i click OBD it dont work. But i heard relays clicking inside. i have tried one honda accord 2007 and only this car was working OBD normaly. what is wrong? maybe k-line? it is 2012.3 version

    When playing with cars sometimes the software in the tester does not know what you are doing . disconnect the tester from the car and pc/lappytop and wait a moment and try again . (most of the time its work again)

    You can install 2013.2.2 and try it again .
    Remember some vci + has blocked serial and by problems you must update the firmware in 2012.3 (copy the 2013.2.2 firmware in installed 2012.3)

    hi i was strugling with this one and got it solved , sold my 2011.3 version at a good price and got myself a new TCS unit with ver 2013.1 and delphi 2013.2 , so the conclusion : spend the $$$$ and get the real deal or keep on upgrading on half baked chinese clones
