    Checked your video. What you have missed is, deleting the driver software permanently from the windows. When you remove the driver, you need to select checkbox "Delete the driver software for the device" and say "OK". Once you have done that and scan for hardware changes, it will not install the driver software automatically as per your video. Then you can locate the driver software from the folder and then re-install even with the one that has not digitally signed. Job is done.
