Peugeot planet interface problem

Hi all
i new here and need your help i hope.
I have Peugeot planet interface that stop working after dissconnect from the vechile,and now lexia3 doesnt reconize the interface.when i connect to the vechile the Green led
flashes 3 time and go steady and no communiction.
hope for your help its my main work.

Did you already tru to reprogram it proabley soft in interface bad.

the seller says that i need to connect to the internet while reading out a car,just connect not do a update or something else he says.(i would like to know what is the meaning of this?)

Is it possible to upgrade the software with this kind of chinese interface ?

Mine is WORKING again,like the seller told me to put a internet connection on the PC or Laptop and start it up and read out a car and now it works again for mine interface.
i have noticed that onley the Lexia program is with this problem the PP2000 works fine.

I could also do a upgrade of the Lexia3 and The PP2000 true the internet and it still works fine.

i will see in the futhere if it coninue's to work.

I did it one time and tested it after without and it keeps working for the moment.

Hello everybody,
I have problem with my genuine ACTIA interface 963834-B
/by me it is second generation of USB heads/.Working with PROXIA, LEXIA and PPS several years but after sw updates can not with PPS, still get only error message- interface is not connected or is used with another aplication. MAJAappcom can "downgrade" sw, but PPS still not accept my interface for diagnostic session.Interesting point is that PPS is able read VIN in first step when read car ID,than continue start PLANET2000 if good remember. And then get error message After Proxia conect this offer

try do check the welding for the inside devices
