    Insert hu66 metal key

    Input code you got

Start the machine so it calibrates on the metal key and just when it is about to start cutting

Press pause and pull out metal key blade and swap in plastic blade

    press pause again to continue

This is how I do it

The problem with the machine in this case is you not knowing enough about how it works
It is unnecessary to insert metal HU66. Just insert plastic HU66 to cut it.

If you want to brake your sensing probe or the cutter - yes, you can do it without putting the metal key first...

...nope, it can't damage anything in case of HU66. If Condor doesn't touch the key blade before cutting you can put directly the plastic key.

Cutter touches the top of the key for reference height on a hu66

It doesn't check the height of the HU66 key. The first video what I found about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSGS70bFEBo
