Freelander 2, 2.2 td4 engine not starting

ecu already change,problem remains.
some of the sensors have 5v.

Member stated yes in first post "start pilot, stop spraying"

so, points to the loom has chaffed.

OFF TOPIC:-

ford transit 2002 ish, get fault "pump watch dawg"
basically wiring loom next to pump covered in oil and insulation fails
