You can use any of the above programs you mentioned. If you use Alberts, you get an option to insert the meta.txt, or to download his latest meta file. There will be a good chance his meta contains the Aussie meta anyway.
Alberts program also asks you to browse for the map, and then the ttgo.bif. This file is for your 10 digit id number, so if you find it not recognising the ttgo.bif (which sometimes gives probs) then just input your 10 digit code instead, with no spaces.
keygen 4.1 has a nice interface, and works well, but you will need the meta.txt file in the same folder as the rest of the 4.1d stuff, or it will fail straight away.
I tend to use Alberts, go through the motions, and if it fails, drag the meta.txt I downloaded into the Keygen 4.1D and use that.
IF the 4.1D fails for meta reasons, open up the meta.txt file in notepad and insert the meta text you have for Aussie map.., then try again.
