need help golf 5

hello freinds i have problem in golf 5 engine bkc
the default was to begin with the engine front windshield wipers do not work but after I check the relay and fuse and the car starts after 3 seconds it stops the diagnosis gives me the following default every time
232 can communication with combined instruments timeout
144 air conditioner can data bus faulty
219 electrical system control uni can communication faulty
171 cruise controle can faul
217 electrical system control unit can communication faulty
297 immobilizer internal fault


I do not know if the default is the key code or can data problem please help

can't remenber what thread it was in though.

Shutting off after 3 seconds and the immo internal fault is something where to start at, Is the key recognized? Did you try different key?
With what modules you have com? LooK for connectors and wiring, sounds like some plug may be off.

The problem is your ecu's cannot comunicate with each other! and as a result can't receive immobiliser signals and so on. After market radios can cause this can (comunication area network) break down or a broken can wire to the ecu! All the ecu's need to be able to talk to each other.

u right about the after market audio system allways a big problem in my shop 2 :-)

Hi youssefi201,

According to your fault codes its pointing towards the Instrument, Can fault to Instrument.

232 can communication with combined instruments timeout.
297 immobilizer internal fault.

And the Instrument is part of Immobiliser so have a look the Can wires in Instrument, unplug the Instrumet clean the multi plug connection, also check if the instrumet is working fine.

I would also advise you to scan this vehicle again using any other Tool like Vag-Com or, any which you have accese to it and see what faults codes you getting.
