Is it possible to set the server for new members that they can't post in any other section untill they introduced themself and have read the rules and accepted them.To stop them from looking for downloads in the wrong sections and the first post saying "thanks for the info" when they don't even know what they are thanking for . (just a suggestion)

its the way of forums m8 unfortunately
we have debated this for a long time now, theres nothing that can be done really, only point the noobs in the right direction, the biggest majority of noobs are new to forums so dont really know how forums work, i did the same when i joined dk went in feet first looking for a fix for my box, no intro post, i just posted my "box is knackered need help" or something along them lines 
, best thing we can do is point them in the right direction as to what they need and hope they realise what a great place dk is and keep coming back, you will always get them that post a grab a download never to bee seen again, but there is them that hang around so dk keeps growing

ive a good idea make the fooers post in the lets count to a million section so we might actually get there sometime
