Just another small suggestion to the admin,
Why dont you put a strikethrough in the banned user names? So the banned usergroup will have some thing like this <s><b><colour=white>username</colour></b><s>
It just gives that finishing touch to show us that they arent wanted here!

I always know when they are not wanted here....it says banned under their user name....
