Jumping chatbox

Sorry about the size.

You can see the small yellow box to the left of the time is missing, right at the end of the video it reappears.

This is what makes the chatbox jump.

The yellow box donates that it's a new shout. I seems that it's just slow to auto-refresh, although it's fine on my FF 3 browser on XP.

I've completely removed it and reinstalled, see how it goes now.
