    Can no longer log on using anything connected to my router. IP Problem ?

    Hi,

    I can no longer log onto DK using my my PC or any other device going through the household router.

    It was working fine till this morning, I was about to post regarding a fault I was having with a script on my DM800, and I don't know if this is just coincidental. But I copied the error message to paste it into a new thread, however I pasted it by error into the URL address bar along with the DK URL.

    This maY just be coincidental but i don't know if it has resulted in my IP getting blocked as I have been unable to log on since?

    (the error I pasted in was "WGET: cannot connect to remote host 127.0.0.1 connection refused")

    Could a mod or admin help me resolve this please?

    EDIT: I forgot to mention I can get on through my Router if I use a Proxy, so it definitely seems IP related.

      have you tried powering off your modem router for a few mins then on ,might be a bug stored.does your cookies and cache need emptying ?

          Hi, thanks for your input.

          I reset the Router to defaults, rebooted, no difference.

          So I did another restore to defaults and tried with absolutely nothing connected to the router but my iPad and I still couldn't get on.

          I used my iPhone as a 3G hotspot, connected the iPad through this and I got on straight away.

          The only thing I can surmise is that it's something to do with my IP address, but other than using a proxy (as I am now to post this) I cannot release this IP address and get a new one, unfortunately.

          Can you think of anything else I could try, any info welcomed?

                  i had the same problem a few months back could get ANY even INFERIOR websites no problem but could only acces the worlds best website properlu on mobile via wifi and could view via hide my ass but not able to post

                  rebooted router and back on, it it does it again, it gets whacked with a sldgehammer
