In school my pc gets this message, if i sit at the pc next to mine it works . Il try the cache trick

Try clearing the browsers temp internet files, browsing history, cache, etc. etc.

Sometimes a shut down and restart works rather than a reboot. Dont do a reset without making notes of your settings (I know from experience )
