re-flashing eurovox

re-flashing eurovox

i'am losing my picture and going to a blue screen.
tried doing a factory reset but the box just keeps doing a re-scan.connected to the compuetr to do a re-flash but the box is not being registered even though i have flashed the box before.can anybody help plz.
