    spell check

    Hello,

I notice that many DK members are not native speakers (as me myself), especially in the garage section where I use to hang out.
Does it make sense to provide a spell check before posting or would this be just a waste of resources?

    Thanx for your comments.
Yesterday we stood in front of the abyss. Today we'll move ahead.

If you need any repair manual, pm me- maybe I can help you.

I have only ever hovered over the "blue tick" & seen that it is a "spell checker", never actually used it until you said this.

Just tried it now & it seems you have to download & install the "ispell" file to get the blue spell check button to actually work, but it was quite painless & took less than 1 min...

You can change the spelling language in the options from the default US to UK m8...

Ah...I use Firefox so that's why I don't see it.

But I also use the 'British English Dictionary' addon which underlines words that are spelt wrong on any website.
