Is anyone else having some issues with the speeds of the forums?

I have been getting timed out often now. At differant times also, happend tonight approx 19:30 (busy time) but has also happened often during the morning around 9am

are you with Virgin ?
if so , i read they are having connection issues since the change over.
If it is VM your with , wait a few days , see if it settles down.
