hi everyone please can someone help me out. I've had my launch x431 for about a year bought it on a auction website . one day after charging it I got locked out and the only way to get back into it was to do a factory reset so I did so I downloaded the software from launch.now wants a email and password which I don't have is there any way to get it up and running again it's Android based serial number 987695753900 any help would be gratefully appreciated thanks
