Hi, I'm just a guy that use to repair my car by myself.
Usually I have no problem but now I'am facing a huge issue.
My car can't pass technical inspection because pollution check can't be run.
The car engine die around 4200rpm and this test require to keep 6 second at max rpm ( under rev limiter ). Beside that inspector said that the car was very clean and had nothing to write down on it.
So I'm in a situation where I need to find and solve the problem or put the car to destruction....
My car is a 2005 Renault Megane 2 1.9 dci ( f9q800 ) 120cv / 88kw
CLIP return DEF053 5.DEF
I have changed
HP pump ( and LP pump )
pressure regulator
pressure sensor
leak test is ok for all injectors
changed one injector and swaped the other one by one
diesel filter is brand new
cranck sensors checked / changed
CLIP live data does not reveal anything abvious...
Beside that I have done tons of work on this car and gained a lot of experience around Megane 2 both 1.9 dci et 1.6 16v ( petrol ) that I owned before this one.
I can share a lot about this cars.
