Ciao everyone, I'm Daniele from italy and I've just carried out my very first car mapping experience.
I own a 2000 BMW E39 530d on which I've just:
- read the map with MPPS
- modified it with winOLS test version (just EGR off and driver wish between 20 and 80%)
- since i can't export it, i had to manually correct the original hex file
- corrected the checksum with MPPS
- flashed the ECU
...And it works!
All of this couldn't have been possible without this forum, so I'm thanking all of you!
