You just exchanged for a worse model. flyfvdi.com is where you can buy the good ones.

It was £71 and didn't work ,my car is 2007 VW so no need for the latest CAN? model the Atmet162 is £20. The links on that site are to ones that work without fiddling about ?

Yeah, these are the best ones, fly makes the hardware and the viiplus loader. There is many who try to clone his hex v2 and now they get blocked if they are not one of his.

The atmel is old and not capable to diagnose the newer cars, you can only use kolimer loader with that one

Ok, I just need to find out what ABS sensor has gone as the ABS light is on. I don't want to test every sensor to find the bust on - I'm not sure if they're hall effect sensors or just a coil though. I guess I could send the Atmel162 back and get a flyfvdi one. I wish I'd discoved this forum before ...

The tool I had came up with this 2024-08-21 18_22_08-VCDS Release 24.7.0_ Port Test.jpg
And 'No response from controller' ?

Hmm, I may sell the Atmel162 (when I get it) and get a flyfvdi one as-long-as it works ? ....

Its hardly worth sending it back. Is it working on your car?

@crouchinggerbilDo you know what the three different versions STM32F439 are on the fly site ? - Is the loader a firmware loader or VCDS loader ?
