My old man owns a beautiful 2000 Freightliner Argosy. My interest in big rig engines appeared, is when recently, some dimwit mechanic fuxed up his ECM by reversing the polarities while doing jump start procedure. Had to buy an ECM from eBay and brought it to Cummins for calibration.
I usually don't attempt on fixing anything without some knowledge. Hopefully. By hanging around here and getting to know you folks. I might be able to further improve my understanding on how to work on big rig engine vehicles.
