Audi A3 8p 1.6tdi CONTINENTAL ECU EGR DPF off and UNLOCK

Hi Everyone . Can I do Continental ECU unlocking with MPPS 18 than switch DPF and EGR off?
Any help please or which toll and softer to USE to do it thru OBD2 ?
