There I was living a pedestrian life when I suddenly found myself in this alternate timeline where everything got really weird really fast. I'm not sure how *they* did it but here I am, with the rest of you fellow travelers, some of whom seem as perplexed as I am. Well, at least the AI stuff is interesting. So, yeah, I'm the experiencer of a discontinuity in the flow of life which has left me sometimes smiling and sometimes raising an eyebrow. Since we seem to be in a perilous place, I'm espousing an existential optimism knowing that it works out fine, eventually.
