Did you download it from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/ ?

Before I came here, I tried to download it directly from motorcraftservice.com, by setting

Country: United States
Language: English

and then navigating to

"Diganostic Tool Support" > "Software" > "IDS" > "Overview" > "Calibartion Files"

I tried entering

6C1T-14C097-AB, 6C1T-14C097-AB., and 6C1T-14C097-AB.VBF

(in the instructions it says ''You may type either upper or lowercase letters.'').

However, none of these attempts was successful...

I only receive a file named DSFM_DownloadFile.asp, which contains error messages, indicating that the data source cannot be found.
I tried the same with different old vbf files, but never succeeded.

Do you (or anyone else) know if this is a rather new issue with the server?
