Hello from Italy – learning to tune my Bravo 1.9 MJet 16v

Hi everyone!


I'm new to ECU tuning and currently learning for educational purposes.
I'm working on a Fiat Bravo 1.9 MJET 150HP with Bosch EDC16C39 ECU.
I'm mainly interested in analyzing original and Stage 1 files, especially turbo, rail pressure, injection quantity and EGR maps.


Any advice or file examples would be greatly appreciated.

those control units are already programmed to be able to inject c 100mm3 of diesel. according to the maps it corresponds to about 500nm of torque. So without modifying the rail map you can make stage 2 maps. you need a damos or mappack or a good driver to start
