KESS V2, Galletto or Mpps, which is bette

Hello evry body,
I would like to do a virginization of an alfa 3.2 calculator (virgin epprom) and recover the flash of my ecu to clone it, and possibly make the calculator compatible with bio ethanol if someone has the flash.
Do I need KESS V2, Galletto or Mpps, which is better?
