It's any one know if I can programming my 2017 honda accord eeprom tssop 93c76 with out removing the needles? This cluster come with dots point? or I need to reduce the power 12 volts to 5 volts ,I used a digiprog3 clone. I have a upa clone to. Xtool x100 pad. Thanks .
