Hi! Im new to ecu tuning but im learning very fast. Now i have all the tools for almost anything, but first i do some practice on my own car. I have a volvo v50 d2, with a lot of problems like ecm-7700, cem-3a00. Looks like its a software fault. I put in some different injectors too but the injector coding function is not working, i think because the ecm communication fault thing. Im using launch crp919 bt. I seen on some videos and forums they had a weak fuse box under the glovebox, so i take the whole box out, clean it, all the contacts and the fuses but thats not solve the problem. I want to delete the dpf and the egr valve, so i think the best soluition is an already modified tune.
So the questions:
Who has the same problem, and what was the fix to these issues?
When the egr is off in the ecu, should i block the system with a plate, or leave it, just pull of the connector?
Anybody have a good file ready for this thing?
