ktag invalid backup file

i m new here and i m looking for help about my ktag i think i forget to stop my internet since that time i have the message invalid backup file on my edc17cp14 a4 b8

just do a fast google search . but i get that error if i have a bad read or usb or power connection problem , check also software version i am using 2.23 no problems
i run my ktag internet on or off do not matter
